At Goxiva, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and delivered to you as efficiently as possible. Please review our detailed shipping policy below.
Business Days:
Our operations are active from Monday to Saturday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. To ensure timely processing, orders must be placed by 9:00 PM. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is placed, our team requires 4-6 business days to handle and prepare your items for shipment. During this period, we carefully pick, pack, and quality check each item to ensure it meets our standards.
Transit Time
At Goxiva, we offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. Orders shipped through ground usually take between 4-9 business days to deliver once processed. Please note that transit times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
While we can definitely ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes or Military Addresses.
Shipping Fee
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.75 for all orders shipped within the United States. This fee covers standard shipping and handling. International shipping is not offered.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
