Returns must be initiated within 21 days of the original purchase date.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- After confirming your return eligibility, we will provide detailed instructions, including packaging and shipping. Repack the item in its original materials and use the return label to send it back to us at 30 N Gould St #20943 Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued for the full purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling fees.
We provide domestic ground shipping for all orders within the continental US with a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.75 for all orders.
Transit times may vary due to factors like weather or carrier delays. And we do not ship to PO boxes or Military Addresses.
